• When does my child need their uniform?
  New members do not need a uniform for their first 3–4 weeks. Once they are ready to be invested (make their Scout Promise), they will need their section sweatshirt or shirt.

• Do I need to buy the necker (scarf)?
  No. Your first neckerchief and woggle are provided free by the group during the investiture ceremony. Replacement neckers can be purchased from us if lost.

• What should they wear for outdoor activities?
  For wet or muddy activities, leaders will advise wearing "casual/outdoor clothing" (waterproof coat, old trousers, and sturdy boots or wellies) instead of official uniform tops.
